1^st.  Session:- 10.00am – 11.30pm

2^nd.  Session:- 12 noon – 1.30pm           

3^rd.  Session :- 2.00pm – 3.30pm         Followed by Questions and Answers

   1 session £10.00, 2 or more sessions £20.00

Everybody training should have their own martial arts licence.

Please bring your up to date SSKD licence along with you.

Other associations licences will be recognised.
